Early on in my career I was a US Army Recruiter where I was recognized as the US Army Recruiter of the Year; this is when I discovered my passion for leading the way organizations can attract and retain top talent. Since then, I have been blessed with the opportunity to attract and lead more than 2,500 highly talented, diverse IT professionals and develop programs to train, motivate and develop both technology and workforce strategies.

Responsible for spearheading a new 3-year location strategy to create an IT workforce location in Phoenix Arizona, together with a select team of executive leaders.
